Hello dear Mazhor,
3 days ago we were in an event and someone made a complaint because we were supposedly spawned in the zone and wanted all the recordings of us. Since we assumed that such a thing is not accepted and we have a complete recording anyway, where you can see that no one is spawned in the zone. The next day I went to an event (Gamescom) and was therefore the days no longer at the computer. A day later, the ticket was then rejected and should still send everyone a recording. We had a period until Sunday 15 clock, where we have written several times with an admin that I'm just not at home and I can send the recording only in the evening, to which we got no answer and we have written before whether it is really necessary from the whole family to send the recordings. Although we have a clip where you can see that none of our family spawned in the zone until the end of the recording, that you can see even on the family map. My leaders have even written to the admin that I will contact him on my own regarding my recording, but unfortunately there was no response, although one was actually permanently in contact with him.
I hope you understand this and have understanding for it and thank you for your time you took for this.
