First there is no ids mentioned in report title, am I expected to watch every report that comes in with an Improper format? So this is a car crash not a car ram. I think car ramming would imply more than one impact. Also @ 13 seconds in the video the man from our jeep says "yo stop". Then when his car is clearly pinned with 2 guns on him he is still spinning his tires at top speed. So I shot in fear of him running me over. Since he clearly had no intention of hearing us.
