I fee as though this guy is stalling. He didnt want to drop his guns. We told him multiple times. He tried to talk to us instead of dropping. I even counted down demands to drop and instead he was spinning his character around to talk to someone else instead.

He had plenty of time to drop the loot from the start to the moment of death. He split his ammo up into single stacks of 1. THIS IS STALLING

person have completely fear for his life he dropped and comply with ur demands and even showed scared emotions in front of armed gangs
so admin took correct decision
