Rejected Car theft in GZ

I couldn't get their ID's as they shot at me whenever I tried.
I parked my car in a GZ after I couldn't post on auto fair and it was knocked out of greenzone and stolen.
I'd really appreciate if the fine that I receive could be removed as I have no control over what this player did.
It's a lot of money to lose over someone else's rule break the fine would be 750k.
