ID 59460 will receive punishment for Greenzone Rule 1.1

Regarding OOC insults, there are no OOC insults. All insults are well within IC.
About other POV you posted, person is not related to first situation. So it won't be considered reviewing this complaint.
Also, person in other POV is different than person in first POV so other POV is rejected under Third party POV.​
