After being dropped several times in his head by nurses at birth Masta stayed in a coma until he moved to Vice City in the early 2002s. His trauma caused him to have an unusual high IQ. He never knew his parents, never went to school yet spoke 5 languages. At 16 he was caught counting cards in Caligula’s Palace, Las Venturas, so he decided to move across the country to Los Santos before getting into trouble with the mob.
Once in Los Santos, Masta was recruited by the government after the US secret service heard about his unusual IQ. He met with Poppy Lasombra, governor at the time, and started to work as a DOC Guard. His hard work quickly raised him amongst the ranks. Because of his high work standards and discipline in the government he quickly became a respected Officer.
Under Kazuto’s leadership, Masta was considered a prodigy and quickly became Director of DOC. Even though Kazuto’s term didn’t last, Masta did.
After Kazuto and Rook’s terms failed. Governor Stoney Hart had to take a stance, he quickly realized that promoting Masta to Secretary of State was the only way to keep the ship from sinking, Stoney had a quick meeting with his Deputy’s and that is exactly what they did. Masta is now one of the most respected Ministers in Los Santos.
After MamaBlu's take over, Masta was still around, and the thought terrified every last criminals in Los Santos who knew who he was and what he was capable of.
OUTCOMES:
1. Masta is able to recognize people from their voices.
2. Masta knows the importance of proof because of his time in government so he always has a hidden camera recording that he turns on every morning.
3. Masta is able to take items from criminals for himself instead of confiscating them.
4. Masta is able to fight 1v2 because of his extensive USSS training.
5. Masta is able to take bribes up to 100.000$
6. Masta is able to search suspects for bodycam and smash them to stop them from recording (using /try)
7. Masta has radio on him 24/7 to listen to GOV while not on duty. (to gather information)
8. Masta has access to black market for guns; can not sell org weapons.
9. Masta can go into ghetto by himself on/off duty. (on duty because he is HC, off duty because he hangs out with old friends.)
