Rejected Shooting In Water | NG and FIB

I was just leaving the event in the water scooter then these officers shoot in water (TimeStamp : 0:14) by the uniform color (White) I identify them as NG Officers and I stop and return towards the Aircraft Carrier and then an FIB guy shit talks and points gun towards me (TimeStamp : 2:04) and again shot in water. Shooting in water is an event rule break !!
