This guy revived me with his gun out . He said he put his gun away before reviving , It might be a bug and I asked him to save his POV to be sure .

So I checked my POV and what happened was I did put my rifle away, but didn't realize the slot I put it in had a revo instead of being empty. Honest mistake but this is legit.
