Dear Admin,
U can see 35157 using OOC chat while beeing downed telling the guy to call backup.
The admin did not punish id 35157 wich seems bias to me. It happens so often that i get punished but the reporting party doesnt. Please take a look at end of POV that was provided in the report.
also the admin decided to instant punish me without even looking true the whole pov. since now he doesnt even punish the player who decide to type in ooc chat while downed
