I went to shoot a member of families outside of their HQ and one of their members shot me from their HQ on a roof. The first imgur link is a photo of his ID after I went to confront him after being revived and the second imgur link is from my video of him shooting me.

I would like to add this is happening rather often and because we can't see their ID as we cant enter their HQ they seemingly get away with it.
