Dakota grew in a big city called Los Angeles and always had the dream to become a cop when he grew up. He had a easy child hood growing up but then as he got older he had a harder life because he was in the FIB and it was very stressful on him. Little secrets he has in the FIB is that he is a bit of a dirty cop. Dakota is very good at selling ammo drugs and guns to the most well known gangs in the city. He has very good aim and is very well know for it.
