All shown in pov. He has brought us to forums so we completely stepped away from the situation as it is on forums on consideration. Meaning him showing up here is pretty much provoking. there is no ic reason for it. once we stepped away he decided to run around with guns on capital lawn and get walked around in a stretcher, then started attempting to recruit people on capital lawn. the whole situation is unrealistic. as he is supposed to be a well known terrorist no terrorist would ever do any of these actions. its completely unrealistic in every case.

he literally says it in pov he is the leader of the terrorist organization. he says he is jack hunter i provided full pov of situation. i am deputy governor and pov is my own noone else he says it loud and clear he is jack hunter...

I have decided to Deny this report.

Failed to provide requested proofs and documents.

There is procedure for becoming terrorist aswell.
If there are multiple violations of state laws by certain group and acting goverment gets enough evidences n feels like that certain group should be announced terrorist org. then and then only Government in power can and have to announce publicly that certain group is terrorist group with proper published IC documents which is open for public to read and identify accordingly.
(Goverment also has to take approval from curators before announcing cetain group to be terrorist org.)

Just because some person comes to capital and claims to be terrorist cannot be reason to accept him as terrorist.
