Approved - NoFEAR | ID 148152 in the rule 6.20 says that muting others which avoids in RP situation which falls under FailRP | Warn.
This rule doesn't say scripted mute.
I read the rule as muting player with a demand not scripted mute.
So admins are being so corrupted in EN1 and i want that everyone to have rights to play on the server. This can avoid to a bad review to the admin which punished me.

I meant to say that i read the rule muting people with a demand is not allowed.
