Weight: 200lbs = 90kg

Natural Eye Color: Blue

Mother: Joanne Banks
Father: Thomas Banks
Early Life
Tyler was born into a family of promise with his mother being a stay at home mom and his father being a US Marine. Soon after Tyler's birth, Thomas would become enraged by the events of 9/11, and saw a deployment to an Air Force Base in Afghanistan. Tyler’s father was tasked with the protection of high value targets captured by the US for interrogation. Tyler’s father kept a diary that is very important to the future of Tyler’s development. Without a father figure at home for the majority of his early years (with the given exception of inter deployment breaks) Tyler struggled with authority in the home often because of a lack of a father figure to lay down the law when he would get in trouble. From grades Pre K to 6th Tyler would obtain multiple suspensions and reprimands for minor things like swearing and fighting. Tyler’s Mother was beside herself with the constant idea of losing Thomas overseas often leading to the lack of discipline that Tyler would receive.
Teenage Years:
Entering Tyler’s teenage years he became heavily interested in the idea of being a “tough guy” with Tyler being a larger guy who had the ability to defend himself because of his reputation as a fighter and someone who would often try to “buck” the systems of authority we have in place. But despite Tyler’s reputation as someone who doesn't follow rules, He did surprisingly well in middle school passing almost all of his classes with the exception of math to which he received tutoring after school. Tyler had a peak interest in subjects such as US History and Civics as well as the study of how our systems of government affect our everyday lives. Tragically on July 13, 2013 Tyler’s father would pass away overseas honorably. When the CIA was interrogating a high value target who allegedly had links to a high ranking member of Al Qaeda. Because of government oversight and a lack of proper training this high value target was able to hide a Soviet Era RGD-5 grenade into the interrogation chamber. This High Value Target would then pull the pin to this grenade and Tyler’s father without hesitation would tackle this man down towards the other side of the chamber to protect the other Marines and CIA in the Chambers with him unfortunately taking his life but in turn protecting everyone involved. Tyler did not see his father often but his mother would constantly tell him how good of a man Thomas was and that someday he would return and things would return to their normal standings. Needless to say Tyler was crushed by this news and would never be the same going forward because of how much he loved and idolized his father. Tyler would go on to blame the United States Military Intelligence for being careless in their procedures and swore to himself that someday in his life he will get back at the government for what he believed they had done. Tyler, now struggling even more than he already was, started fighting in an underground ring for extra money when he was 15. Things really didn't go bad until one day when a classmate had started to talk about how Tyler’s father was a baby killer and other things Tyler found extremely hard to fathom, when Tyler then sat up and walked to where his classmate was sitting and pounded him right in his face with his fist causing the kid to have a broken jaw and a broken nose. Two days later Tyler would be on another suspension for fighting and would be walking home from his underground fighting ring and he would be jumped by two friends of the kid he attacked. Tyler, who was initially scared, would man up to the challenge and engage in a heated fist fight which he would ultimately win but would never forget due to a broken arm he would receive during the fight, his first full limb to be broken in a fight. Tyler’s teenage years came really close at points to getting himself in jail or even severely injured, however through all this chaos Tyler remained interested in his aforementioned school subjects and by the hair on his chin would pass the high school exam, earning him his High School Diploma.
Early Adult Years
Tyler was in a very interesting spot now, there was no set everyday structure he had to follow, and there were no teachers constantly chewing him out for misbehaving. But then again tragedy would strike when Joanne (now in her mid 50s) would come down with brain cancer and would slowly and horribly start to perish due to the effects of cancer. Joanne on her deathbed would have one last talk with Tyler on how he should continue his life and that he needs to move on and start to do better and that his father would want it that way. Also before Joanne would pass, she would grant Tyler a key to Thomas’s foot locker that was in their shed on their property, Joanne however could never bring herself to open Thomas’s foot locker due to trauma that had consumed her. Tyler would go home later that evening to get the call that his Mother had fallen asleep and passed, Tyler would then go to open up his father’s foot locker to which he would find the diary that his Father had made. Tyler would open this diary to find Thomas’s personal accounts of the things that had taken place during his deployments in Afghanistan with subjects ranging from the CIAs use of chemical substances to alter the mind of people they were interrogating with evidence that the CIA tried to bury even after the Cold War (which is when most of the research occurred). The diary also explained a technology stolen from the Soviets which made it so that a device could be implanted into the human body that would constantly record the world around the body and upload it without delay to a mainframe that could be assembled in someone's backyard, this technology was initially made for KGB agents spying on other countries particularly the US, so they wouldn't have to worry about the reliability of their cameras. Also in the diary there was a vast array of criminal connections that Thomas had engaged himself in and kept track of. The thing about all these connections that the diary made was that they all stemmed out of the city of Los Santos, so naturally Tyler, lacking anything productive to do, would then sell the ranch he had grown up on and pack his bags for Los Santos.
The Los Santos Legacy:
Tyler, who now had some inheritance money, would move to a house located in the ghetto of Los Santos. Tyler would meet a man by the name of Reaper who was a leader of a local gang and a high ranking member in a notorious criminal family. Reaper would immediately become aware of Tyler’s presence because of Thomas’s unknown connections, and would send men to kidnap Tyler and put him in front of Reaper. Reaper informs Tyler that he has been present and watching him by orders of his father for the last ten years while Thomas was away on deployment. Reaper tells Tyler that he is incredibly impressed by his ability to pass high School even after the tough cards he has been dealt. But Reaper also informs Tyler that his father is in debt to Reaper for reasons that are too vital to explain. Reaper then gives Tyler an option: You can either infiltrate the Government of Los Santos, assume a high position and do as you are told. Or you can be left in the street to fare for yourself. But Reaper also informed Tyler that there are responsibilities that need to be upheld as well as the opportunity to enjoy the city if he does what Reaper and his fellow leadership tell him to do. Reaper explains that the Government of Los Santos has proved to be very bad for business for his Street Gang as well as his Family, and that Tyler’s job is to disrupt the Government Operations involving the apprehension of ANY members of the family or gang by means of bribery as well as tainting investigation into himself or family/gang by destroying body cam evidence and or taking out his opposition by planting illegal substances. Reaper also informs Tyler that they will provide these possibilities to him so long as he pays his tithe, He asks that Tyler sells on the black market to finance himself and the Gang/Family’s secret operations in the City of Los Santos. Reaper does inform Tyler that he is on his own if he gets caught and that he will not be able to assume this position within this ring of criminality ever again. Tyler, under much pressure, gives in and starts his climb to power in the bureaucracy of Los Santos. Tyler is aware of the potential consequences of what his job entails but hopes that by working for Reaper, he can find out more about the legacy of his father….
