If you skip to about 1:31:00 in the footage you will see the first incident, 1:33:30 for the second, 1:34:35 for the third incident and 1:35:35 for the final incident (I Don't know if the last one was Tyrone but I am almost positive as he has killed me and my officers multiple times which cannot be all by accident).
