2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to be Leader of Marabunta because it is where I met most of my friends I still have today and I see it as a gang people underestimate when it comes to events and overall gang activity. Everyone treats Marabunta as a joke and I want people to take them seriously. If I became leader I would set goals for 100% and having the best turf team. I would like people to afraid of Marabunta at events or if we are robbing in ghetto.
2. I feel that some gangs do a poor job of fairness so in my gang I will make sure everyone feels they belong along with minimizing people trying to leave the org. I often see that people leave in org do to lack of profit, for this reason during hostage situations I will split money based on your contribution. Say you are the one to capture the hostage you would get a special bonus. Everyone will get ranks and bonus cash based on activity. If you are online for events but don't show up and have no reason you get demoted, that simple, if its constant then you need to find a new org cause that's not how I want the gang to be perceived, I won't people to be scared if the see a Marabunta car knowing the will have backup if you try something.
3. I feel I have enough experience in gangs to run my own I have had high command in a few gangs and I know despite my age I could run the gang well and make sure I have the right high command to help me run the gang that have been leaders themselves. I will make sure we have people pull up to events constantly on top of this with good numbers.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
If I got leader I would make sure I could make sure we don't get warnings as a gang but make sure everyone else follows RP rules to help them not getting a warning or and punishment. Instead of just rejecting people for there years in city I would accept them based on the rules they know, but also lead them in the right direction instead of sending them off with them having now a clue about how to have a chance to make money and have friends in the city.
