Rejected VDM I 35728

I was afk in front of the post office in gz and this guy came and rammed me but i couldn't get the pov of that so i watched this guy for a bit and he ran over another guy clearly on purpose.He also tried shooting at me in gz but it is completely fine by me if he only gets punishment for the provided evidence for vdm.
