1-Being in past gangs I saw that Cland was the least visited event by gangs so in my gang i would make going to cland a priority to make it competitive and get more rewards and I would also be giving bonuses which would hype people to go cland and be joyful being in the gang.
2-As a leader i would make rankings fair and clean depending on the work members exert in managing the gang and making the gang on top as it was and always be
which also my family would help me managing the gang and making the gang stable with people and help needed.
3- Finally, I would make a system for the gang members to move with to gain promotions and bonuses which would make the gang members more hyped to pull up to events and make them satisfied being in the gang and I would also provide a promotion system and a strike system to decrease the amount of fail rp and let everyone enjoy the clean rp in the city.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
My advice for improving roleplay is to host as much rp situations which both sides can rp out of it and so that both sides can have most fun transmitted through these scenarios like hostage situations which we could negotiate and choose realistic demands which could result in more rp.
I would also make my gang members not use discord and use the radio to make it more realistic.
I would do an interview system for people which know the rules to join in but people who doesn't know the rules don't join so that i make sure everyone who deserves and know the rules to join.
