I was riding my bmx back to my apartment when out of nowhere ID 15967 RDM me by shooting at with no rp in city so i get his description and was going to call the police and report the crime you can see Id 59507 VDMing us on sidewalk.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

ID 15967 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them

ID 59507 will receive Punishment for VDM​
