Family Name: Anarchy 99
Family House Number: 374
Family Leader: Bill Brasky | ID: 26689
Family Leader's Forum: Bill Brasky

Family Goals:
Family Uniforms:
Business Attire: (Black, White, or Tan; Business Casual)
Criminal Attire: (Black/Grey and Red; Hoodies/Sweats)
Family Ranks/Pillars:
(Due to the nature of the family, the ranking system is more focused on members' personal prioritization in the city, and less on ladder climbing the ranks.)
10. Head of the House - Head of the family. Although all Council members are treated equally, and the leadership Council comprises 7 members with equal responsibility, their word is the highest.
9. Council of 7 - The remaining 6 original founders, as well as those deemed by the majority to be worthy of the position. Their word is to be treated the same as the Head of the House, as far as all other ranks are concerned.
8. Sentinel - The head of the “Criminal Enterprises” branch of the family structure. They are in charge of and responsible for the family's ventures into breaking the law for profit. Store robberies, hostages, highway robberies, car thefts, etc., are usually led by one of these members. They are responsible for teaching others interested in these activities, as well as if something is done incorrectly by a Boneman.
7. Accountant - The head of the “Legitimate Business” opportunities presented to the family. Things such as buying and selling businesses, running shops at the beach market, solar panel farming, plantation work, etc. Although all members are able to and encouraged to help with working on family businesses and farms, the Accountants are at the top of the chain for who should be contacted in regard to family income, as well as teaching and assisting Arbiters.
6. Made Man - The head of the family division dedicated to State Org outreach and membership—a branch for those who intend to spend most of their time in-city employed by a State organization. The Made Man is responsible for assisting Watchmen in preparing for and finding State work, as well as general knowledge of the rules of the State (server rules). If the family has a need for mass car insurance, protection, etc., this is the person who will likely reach out to a member of that organization on behalf of the family.
5. Boneman - A non-leadership member of the criminal side of Anarchy 99. Someone who finds joy in fighting back in the streets, as opposed to the economy. Those who want to rob, shoot, steal, kidnap, and generally profit from the misfortune of others, be it gangs, law enforcement, or random citizens. They follow the Sentinels' orders.
4. Arbiter - A non-leadership member whose motivating factor is cash--those in it purely for the grind and flare. These members are encouraged to seek profit for the family by any legal means. They will learn and teach other members the art of Beach Market sales, Ad negotiations, personal businesses, solar panel farms, etc; as well as how to operate and maintain the family businesses. They are also encouraged, but not required to assist in family members' personal gardens. They work mainly for the Accountants in regard to family businesses and are encouraged to own their own businesses themselves.
3. Watchman – A non-leadership member who is trying their hand at State organizations. These members will be helped to find organizations that fit their interests by the Made Man members. As a part of the Watchman rank, these members will be expected to represent the family well in whichever organization they work in.
2. Footpad - Too much spam, trash talk, or causing issues with the fam and need a time out? This is the rank you will have, with ONLY the ability to be in the family (no chat or privileges). Length of mute varies based on the severity of the issue at hand. If the infraction is too dire, or repeated offenses occur, you may be removed from the family.
1. Volunteer - Newcomers to the family who have not yet shown who they are, or their motivations. Not yet trusted, but not an outcast.
Family Rules:
1. No insulting, scamming, or malicious trolling of family members. (Religion, Political, Speaking about parents OOC, as insults or hateful jokes are not acceptable)
2. No aggressive or provocative behavior; including but not limited to OOC threats or sexual advances. (If you see something against the rules, or something that makes you feel unsafe, let a Council member or Head of the House know. We want this family to be a welcoming space.)
3. No chat spam and flood in any manifestation. (INCLUDING CAPS, or typing repeated short messages when other communication would suffice)
4. Members should not engage in large-scale activities, such as store robberies or family raids, without Council consent (the Council consists of all Council members and the Head of the House).
5. The default family language is English, as we are on an English server. If you want to speak or talk in other languages, that is perfectly fine as long as all parties are accepting, and it is not intrusive to others.
6. No hateful speech or symbols. (Nazi symbols, Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia)
7. No inciting or attempting to further conflict.
8. Sending personal information or private conversations to others without consent.
9. No advertising other families and their businesses without prior leadership approval. (asking people to work on businesses of other families, or inviting them to other families)
10. Any disputes or issues that occur with family members should be handled by Council members or the Head of the House. Do not attempt to rectify the situation with further instigation or revenge. If so, you will be warned, upon a second or third warning, depending on severity, you will be muted for up to 3 days.
History of Anarchy 99:
On a cold autumn evening, in 1999, an Irishman only known as “The Butcher”, forms a small crew of his closest associates and business partners, to take over the streets of Ireland by intimidation, and taking a piece of every business he could sink his claws into. Over the next few years, 7 people, from different walks of life and places of birth, meet each other and fall into the ranks of Anarchy 99, with the dreams of becoming a prominent force in Ireland, known not only for their power but also their compassion. Known as The Council, they quickly rose in the ranks and learned that not only can you intimidate and coerce, but sometimes a little lenience would pay off long-term, be it a forgotten appearance at a crime scene, or a connection to an otherwise unattainable business venture.
5 years later, The Butcher and crew managed to become well-known, be it for good or ill, across Ireland. Whether in their hometown or on the far side of the country, people knew Anarchy 99. The Family decided to throw a celebration, for the success and camaraderie found within the group, over the last 5 years. The Butcher knew he had enemies, but decided that regardless of this fact, all would be invited to his public celebration, as it was intended not only to celebrate but make the crew even more renowned across the land. So, on the evening of the 5th anniversary of its founding, Anarchy 99 held an extravagant party, sparing no expense, with dancers, musicians, dealers of party substances--the entire package. The party was a huge success; people from near and far, known as well as entirely new faces, attended en masse. The bar and surrounding streets were flooded with guests and performers. Yet, as the night went on, and the hours grew later and later, more and more guests began to leave. More still passed out, got lost amongst themselves partying, or drinking, until just after midnight, a loud *BANG* rings out. Everyone who was still conscious, and some of those just awakened by the sound, were brought to the sudden realization that the dreaded had likely occurred, someone had fired a shot.
As heads all turned to the sound, ringing out from the back alleyway, The Council, almost simultaneously, all arrived in the main room, rushing towards the sound. They reach the backdoor, and throw it open, flooding out into the alleyway. They looked frantically for the source of the sound, almost certainly a handgun, but all they saw were people fleeing at both ends of the street, unable to determine from whom the sound originated. Then they see him, The Butcher. Lying against the wall of the building, holding his gut, atop a pool of blood. They desperately try to tend to his wound and find out what happened. He coughs, heavily laden with blood, and rattles, “I though’ that fiochmhar was finally over it…an’ I s’ppose th’ fuathmhar cot is, given th’ state of me. Lads, he knows everytin; the names, locations, numbers….an’ the other we don’ speak of. You’ve got t’ get out of Ireland. I know… I know you’re all capa…capable… to. to…” , and he exhales his final breath. His death rattle ushers in the urgency of the situation, and The Council silently look at each other, and take off for the getaway bunker.
The Council, now without a leader, and under blind threat from their newfound homeland, are pseudo-exiled and head to where it seems all other crime and opportunity arises, The United States of America. The seven remaining members of the newly broken Anarchy 99; Bonnie, Milan, Tony, Valendra, John, Sergey, and Bill, gathered what they could, and decided upon the great state of San Andreas to re-establish Anarchy 99. They carry on the legacy and intent of the organization, regardless of location, in an attempt to right the wrongs caused by oppressive, corrupt governments, and the thugs and gangs that care nothing about the community. To make money, become well known, and clean up the streets. Be it by business and diplomacy, or by force…
