2. Why I want to be leader of this organization?
I want to be the leader of this org because I have many friends and fam who can help me to run this gang .Also i have a lot of experience for gangs . Families was the first gang I got high command . I was High command in Marabunta grade x3 time also I was High command in Ballas gang x1 time and vagosx1 so I think if I got the leader ship i can run the gang well I really want this position because the gang members dont listen to here hc much as they listen to the leader if I can get the leadership it will be the best term of families ever . so I think I am the best candidate for this position
3. My advice to Improve Rp?
- I advice to keep the gang active do gang events such as fz raids , store robbery , hostage situations , gun store robbery and attend every clan , battleship , subs etc events I'm going to run this gang and take it to the top with all the support and help . I've enough support to even when I'm not in the city . I will make the state peoples afraid of my gang and gang members . Another thing I'll make sure is everything is done the right way, so if a hostage is in the back seat, the doors are locked, and a gun is pointed at him, and gang members are using rp chat to do that using commands. Also I will not allow any toxic peoples in gang

Get 100% griffites
Get 100% Turfs
Make Families the best gang in the city
Take 4/4 parachutes at cland
Try to get plates ammos and etc more then other gang in the city
