Last night i posted this forum Rejected - Pushing car from GZ | 1730 , it is clear in the pov and the picture provided below that my car was parked right by the red barriers infront of the black market which to my knowledge is a unofficial green zone (i have been punished for GZ 1.1 for killing on the left side of the road) and i was told it is only not a green zone once u cross to the right side of that road. So with that being said in the pov u can see my car parked on the left side of the road (green zone) and then i start filling up my shop and i get a vehicle theft notification and go out to find my car has been pushed down in the road, the admin poke chan told me to post a forum and the player would be punished which i did and it was rejected when he had already told me and seen the pov of them pushing the car from GZ. After my post was rejected after there was clearly a rule break and Poke Chan telling me they would be punished, I was given a warning for GZ rule 1.3 which states It is forbidden to leave RP situation by joining in a green zone, in my opinion there was no rp whatsoever in the pov provided at timestamp 0:44 i was shot while in a greenzone which was clearly acknowledged because in the forum reply Nick Rune said "Also, person who shot cannot be punished since ID is not visible in POV." which proves my point for my car being in a GZ and that there was a rule break and it was not a RP situation, however the person shot me and immediately left so i continued going into the blackmarket to fill up my shop since there was no RP as he broke a rule and also left right after so i dont think it is fair that i was punished for GZ rule 1.3 when there was no RP involved prior to me going into the black market.
