Hey there, I was warned and put in jail for 3h because I accidentally killed a RDM rule breaker near a Bank while inside of a Green Zone.
The person I killed was randomly attacking and trying to kill me and another person inside of the Bank.
The other attacked person told me that admins were informed but I was at very low HP so I decided to try and shoot near the attacker to get him to stop and move away. On accident and partly because of desync I hit said person and due to his low HP killed him with my first bullet.
I was immediately hit with the aforementioned punishment while the RDMer was not punished in any way and presumably goes on to break rules and do harm hours later.
In addition you find a youtube video showing that i was NOT the person randomly attacking and instead just a victim, trying to help the other attacked player who also told me he was close to death and the situation was urgent.
I hearby ask for Immediate release from jail, Removal of the issued warning, Sanctions against the player 5165 for attempted RDM inside of a Green Zone on multiple Occasions and hope that the Admin Sam Pluxury will refrain from such punishments with a lack of solid evidence in the future. I am also hoping for some kind of fair compensation due to the insane amount of time I lost here.
I find it honestly absurd that there is no ability to quickly intervene such punishment and instead being forced to go through the forums and indirectly loosing a lot of time. While not meant as an insult to anyone I find this important to be mentioned, because it does massively ruin the experience of an otherwise very nicely done server.
I hope this Issue gets resolved quickly and I wish everyone a wonderful day!
