Backstory:
Born in a hospital in the ghetto of New Orleans in the sixth of febuary 2001 Joey grew up in the ghetto and would so illegal stuff such as dealing in drugs and firearms. His whole family was heavily involved with gangs so they would teach him a lot about stealing and other illegal stuff. When he was 12 Joey needed money so he went to work as a cleaner for a gang and was there for 5 years where they would treat him like family but one day after he got arrested for stealing supplies from a military base he decided he wanted to lead a life of justice so he decided to look for good paying jobs in law enforcment and he found that the National Guard were looking for recruits. The only problem was the the National Guards base was in Los Santos so Joey talked to his family and they decided to move to Los Santos. After he came into Los Santos he and his family bought a nice home and shortly after that Joey started working as a recruit in the National Guard. He worked in the National Guard for 3 years and was ranked up all the way to Major of Special Forces but then he decided to find a higher paying job. He was looking around and finally saw that FIB was looking for transfers so he talked to his leader and transfered over to the FIB as a field agent. He worked in the FIB for 2 years where he joined the DEA department and became the Supervisor on it. One day Joey was attending a hostage situation as usual and when negotiations were done he was trying to go back to his hq but his fellow friends left him alone and he had no where to run so the Vagos took him hostage and told him he should join them. After that encounter Joey decided to join the Vagos but the person who told him to join was in Families so Joey joined the Families gang where he was got high command and would do his best job. After that he got offered a very intresting high command position offer by the leader of the Bloods so he became a commander in the Bloods gang. Being in bloods he was paying a lot of his old friends from FIB to be his hostage and robbed a lot of people. He did this until he saw that there was a position in the gov and he decided to try a new job so he joined the USSS. After being in the USSS for a long time and seeing the corruption he decided to request a transfer to EMS where he hopes of getting corrupt so he could hang out with his old friend in gangs.
Outcomes:
1 Can take on a 1v2 due to his experience in training in National Guard, FIB, and GOV
2 Can turn a blind eye if someone in his family is doing something illegal on the streets.
3 He does anything illegal/legal that benefits him financially.
4 Can pick up and use illegal weapons off and on duty. Except when under fire
5 Joey can sell personal weapons at the black market or to people. (Only personal guns or vests)
