2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1- First of all I want to be a leader of bloods Specifically Because I have never joined bloods gang which lasted long ,However I think that if I get bloods i can make it last long and have a true name of bloods which could make it shine
2-Moving on as a leader I would be providing the gang with a strike/bonus system which would make my gang members not rule break and have fun rping and living in clear rp
3-Being in a good established family which would help me lead the gang and make rankings fair to make my gang active and alive and as me being in gangs for 5 months made me know the ups and downs and what to do and what not to do which would help me being a leader.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1-My advices would be increasing the role play situations we would have as a gang like hostage situations and gun stores.
2-Finally,would be making daily meetings with my high commands to make sure the gang would be in its best.
