Hello and good morning guys, i hope you are having such a wonderful and blessing day. I apologize for bothering as i know that you guys are constantly busy doing your best so we could have a thrilling unique and amazing expirience in the game. Which i truly appreciate alot. I am contacting you due the fact that i got banned for 6.3. so i do recognize my actions were not right. but with all due respect i honestly didnt had the knowledge since it was my first days in the game. this thing happened when i was working in GOV org, but after that i changed to fib and currently im working as EMS, so i totally forgotten about the stuff and i didnt use those stuff for my personal use... i just forgotten to return them and thats it..... nobody explained me that. i didnt knew what to do with them but one thing i didnt do was use them for my own personal convinience.
All the items where just sitting there for months i had not intended to sell it or use it for my own convinience .
if I was selling the items taken from the organizations I would understand but i sincerily forgot that that was event there.
. im truly sorry altho this does not justify my past actions. if i had such knowledge at the time this couldve been avoided. i know that the mistake i made is severe but im working on getting better and not just better but learning the rrules too.. i am truly sorry and if i said that too many times is because i truly mean it. I honestly am sorry for such thing i can guarantee you that this honest mistake would not happen again now that i know the rules and have more knowledge than before. i really enjoy this server and the amazing staffs and admins that are doing their best to make sure that we enjoy the game as much as the rest of the people in the server. if theres anything i can do for you guys it will be my honor to be able to help you in any possible way. i promise you that this was a simple honest mistake that i didnt knew at the time. please try to understand. i am deeply truly sorry for such terrible action. The fact that i forgot that it was there does not excuse me and i take full responsability for this action. now that i know that i did something wrong i will make sure it wont happen again ever. Please believe me when i say that this is and will be my first and last mistake. i put my word on it. i have invested so much time and money probably more than thousands of dollars so i could enjoy the game even more and support it to its fullest potential. i love this game alot and its really thanks to you and the rest of the team staff for making it so fun and enjoyable.
