Approved Approved but still banned (For Mazhor)

Hey, Mazhor, you approved my last appeal and gave me a last chance : Approved - For Mazhor
But I still cannot access account probably because I was ban evading as mentioned in my previous appeal.
I contacted Mujo and he told me to contact you. Sorry for writting it on forum, but theres no other way I can get in a contact with you.
Can you please check what seems to be issue?
