hello, I don't understand why this doesn't fall under NRL if I killed them there on the road next to the parking lot while I was shooting with 3 of them, I killed two of them and after that they came to rob me right after I sent them to the hospital.

Pošto sam se pucao sa 3 lika 2 sam oborio i poslao ih u bolnicu kao što se vidi na klipu oni posle minut dva se pojavljuju opet u gettu i dižu me kako bi me robali treće lice je svesno šta su uradili ali on i dalje potencira da se ja robam. Hello,

This is rejected because those guys did returned to the ghetto but in your POV there is no proof that they continue RP with you and there is no proof that they remember you. How can that be NLR if they don't remember you in 15min? You were killed by third person, they just came and start robing you without any mention of previous RP in which you killed them plus this is not even same location where you killed them.
