Rejected Admin Power Abuse I ID 10

So, shooting in the ghetto and we notice that ID 10 somehow has infinite HP after he tanks multiple rev shots and doesn't die, and then I manage to kill him as you can see in the video. We assume it's a cheater for sure when he also teleports back to the same location. Then another admin spawns on top of him so I ask him to do something about it, he states that ID 10 is an admin and it's all for content yet I don't understand what part of abusing your powers as an admin to create content and ruin the gameplay for everyone else is fair. You're robbing people, wasting countless bullets of mine, wasting my meds, wasting my armors, to create content? You're not giving people their guns and money lost back so how is that fair to anyone. Your character doesn't even drop his own gun because it's spawned in so it's like fighting an invincible AI that gives no loot. If you're going to make content I don't think this is the right way to do it and I just simply do not think that you can tell me to "get my ass out of here". Either stage your "content" or make it the same way everyone else risking their loot does in the ghetto.
Also sorry for not placing admin names under the Administrator Nickname section, I do not know the name of the admins.
