I was upgrading my vehicle in one of the service centers and some guy started shooting at me and I observed as my health got reduced. There was no connection between me and the other guy. Guess he is randomly shooting from outside the zone onto me. I sincerely request you guys to take this into serious consideration and ban these toxic guys to create healthy roleplay.
