Rejected RDM, Parental insult and breach of general law 6.6

We were minding our own business when this guy appeared out of the blue shooting random people, then we were pretty much looking at them when he decided to become hostile again and punch me right after being revived. So we decided to punch back and I guess we managed to hurt him pretty bad because he healed himself in the middle of the combat so he wouldn't die. After he shot us both down he said something along the lines of "I'm your father" in Turkish, which I assume counts as parental insult. After that he also shot us around the city whenever we came across him but I don't think that those footages will make any difference and this one should be enough.
