Dear admins,
Today I got banned 60 days for the General rule 6.3 - It is forbidden to empty the warehouse of the organisation for personal purposes. | Permanent ban , by Kareem Pluxury.
I got in vagos in August 24th, and I´ve been attending every event with Vagos, from clandestines, battleships, robberies to ammu´s and 24/7´s, Fz´s raids, and many other activities to the point I was an HR in Vagos.
Never in the whole time space since I joined Vagos, until today when I got my ban, even tought of stealling the gang, I never tought that I would get banned for keeping ammo after events and some vests after robberies, so if something happened while I was in my personnal car I could use those vests. In my vision and opinion, I don´t really think after all the events I attended, every fight I had in ghetto to help my gang, that the amount of bullets and vest I had in my car was considered stealing.
Since I am HR in vagos and have helped the gang participate and win events many, many times, I think Richard (Vagos´ Leader) or any other Higher rank than me would have noticed and would have talked to me, and I would have returned everything I kept since I joined vagos, when Kareem Pluxury dragged me and talked to me about this situation, I wanted to redeem my self although I didn´t considered what I was doing was stealing from the gang, to give every single ammu and every single vest I had in my personnal car.
After understanding it wasn´t only that, he told me that I sold Vagos vests in BM wich I did sold Vagos´ USED vests in the BM (each 1 for 12500$ and I think I only sold one so if i made money with gang material it was like 12.5K), since they were not that usefull and knowing that Richard wouldn´t mind me selling USED Vagos vests in the BM.
So I want to Unban Appeal, and if it is actually considering stealing from the gang for personnal use what I did, I want to appologize to Richard and to the entire Vagos gang, and it will not happen again.
I´m sorry for the rule breaking.
