Approved multiple rdm near family house id: 85855 and id: 85189

these two guys have been doing rdm for like 5-7 times within our fam house region, after getting killed they again come back from the hospital and do the same thing, when we try to patch them up they are refusing it too and they said they are getting enough guns and ammos from us when they kill us, they are coming back before 15min

ID 85855 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.15, General Rule 6.6.
ID 85198 has already been punished for General Rule 6.15.
