(e.g. if you have 2 hostages you can ask for free passage for 1st hostage and money for 2nd hostage)

1.18 It is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event already started and it is not allowed to use highground such as highways which are not accessible from inside the event once it has started. | Jail 120 min
1.19 During a gunshop or 24/7 robbery, FIB, SAHP, LSPD are allowed demand to replace hostages.
1.20 At the Bank Robbery Event, it is not allowed to kill, attack, shoot or rob while a player is loading into the interior.(e.g. joined tunnel 3 and instantly got killed while textures and players are still loading) | WARN
