2.1 When I came Los santos city I got attracted towards crime section and I joined I loved the work of gangs and took part in all of illegal works and enjoyed playing crime events so my first gang was Ballas but i want to be leader of Vagos too i really want to lead it. I have experience in ballas as a Deputy and managed term successfully.

2.2 I have learnt different situations in gangs so i know the best members and deputy's to keep in my term, and run the best term ahead as there will be experienced people for different events and works in gang. Make sure they doing events everyday so citizens can see and learn and attract in our gang and also give best bonus to everyone who joined gang help to run our gang.

2.3 As a leader, I will prioritize fulfilling all weekly requests, ensuring the gang operates independently without external pressure. The organization will have active members who attend every event. I’ll delegate trusted deputies to assist in covering all events, especially during late hours. Reason 1: The first gang I joined after coming into the server was Ballas, I was very mesmerised with what I saw. People helping out each other, standing up for each other, it was very fun while it lasted and I embrace all moments I spent there. Now I want to do something for myself and build a legacy for myself in this esteemed server. My passion towards criminal roleplay motivates me to foster a great term.

Reason 2: I think of myself as a helper, I met my fam members not too long ago who helped me learn all the RP elements and fostered an interested within me towards roleplay. I want vagos in my term to be such a gang where people are connected and help each other out rather than bringing someone down. I want to help newbies to learn about criminal roleplay and experience criminal RP in detail.

1) When i joined los santos city I got attracted towards crime section and I joined I loved the work of gangs and took part in all of illegal works and enjoyed playing crime events.Third gang was Vagos i have been attached with that gang so now i really want to lead it. Alsol have leadership skills. Also experienced in both.

2. To Make the Vagos the Undefeated and most active gang in city. I will surely say that if I became a leader or gang it's shine like a sun.

3. Also i want to be leader of Vagos of because to incresase and maximize my power which can be very fruitful to me in my future.By being leader iam sure that i can handle the org and mant difficuly situation easily and i will always maintain good respect and maturement to my honorable curators.

1.Some times gang is unactive because a lot of people left the gang because a lack of money or booringness!So, Itry to do more events as mush as possible so that gang members enjoy with us and also I will create a great system of bonus. In this way everyone who come to events will earn a money. Also I will give a high roleplay level by doing events. At least one store Rob and FZ Raid in a day so that my gang are active!

2.I will choose high experienced and
professional high com mand in my organization so that a single minor rules cannot be broken.

3. TOXICITYin work place :
4.I will maintain a good and familiar workplace in my organization I will make sure everyone in my work are behaving well to each other . I wil say to everyone behave as your brother

-l am not gonna tolerate toxicity in my gang.
-Will try to have at least $10.000 graffiti's profit every hour
-Will try to do 100% turf as I have a good turf team in my known.
-I will teach rules and regulations to every new vagos.

Reason#1 when i come to the city i join many gangs and i take fist knowledge how to handle the gang and some gangs I was a high command and before past term of don term i was 13 rank and i have very good knowledge about the gang and when I am in the gang i see many times fz raid and gun store and store robbery many times fail and i want to take a experience how to manage whole gang becoming the leader and to test my leader skill and when i becoming the leader of Vagos and I will teach all things to the gang member and rule also and how to work in the gang and i will try anyone not break any rule anything happen I will take a strict action and I will bring a strike system and fist strike warning and second Strike demotion and third strike fire from org and I will make this gang very best and I will come back fear of the again this gang becoming The leader of Vagos and I have a very big plan to make a gang very good and I have a some plans about store robbery and fz raid and gun store robbery and i will increase the max members in this event and other event also and I have some more plans gang become in top level in everything gang event will be successful and this will be do becoming the leader of Vagos and I will bring promotion system in a week every gang member and please give me opportunity.
