2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?

(1•) Vagos has always been in my heart as it was the first criminal gang I joined when I arrived to this amazing city. By seeing the rich history of Vagos, I would really love to lead this gang and take it to the top as it has been in the past. I really want to make Vagos the most active gang in this city for which I will try to give everything I can.

(2•) I also have past experiences in other gangs and I think that I am the best person to be the leader of Vagos. I would try to make Vagos the least toxic and most friendly gang in the city by hiring high commands who are active and non-toxic. My aim will be to make Vagos an approachable gang to every person by avoiding toxicity. I will personally be treating every gang member like my friend and will be giving respect to everyone.

(3•) With my experience, I can assure that Vagos will be doing every event possible. Our aim will be to be a terrorist organisation feared by the other gangs and LEOs as well. Sensible and calm people will only be hired by our gang to avoid rule breaks, do maximum events and other activities like robbing and hostage situations. I will try to make Vagos the best.

1. Participation of our gang in maximum events to enhance and enjoy RolePlay.
2. Giving maximum bonuses to gang members for their living.
3. Promoting passionate and active gangsters on weekly basis.
4. Setting up a criteria for hiring people to hire competitive and passionate gangsters.
5. Ensuring participation of at least one high command to avoid rule breaks and enjoy RolePlay at its finest.
6. Performing activities like hostage situations and robberies to encourage more RolePlay with citizens and the LEOs.
7. Proper use of /me and /try commands in different situations will be done to enhance RolePlay.

My Goals:
1. 100% turf. Los Santos Vagos will try its best to capture all ghetto territories to ensure domination in the city.
2. Maximum Graffiti. A responsible graffiti team will be appointed by Los Santos Vagos to earn profits from graffiti.
3. Ghetto and highway robberies. Los Santos Vagos will try to rob citizens to ensure domination.

Ans: First of all beside all the Leadership is very challenging Thing. As I entered game 1 yrs ago as through this time i gained lots of experiences in Gangs and done lots of things as becaming the gangstar and I have very pactience and hardworking through my work. As my first ORG was Bloods and as i was in bloods i made many good connection which can also help me in my term. And through my kind nature and poliet words i can maintain the good relation with curators..|

(i). Conducting Every single event daily FZ, Store, Robberies,Battleship, Clands etc.
(ii).Chooseing the High Command member wisely assureing that there is no rule break.
(iii). Giving good Bonus for graffiti so member will make all map yellow.
(iv). Assureing everyone is doing Proper Rp without any rule break.
