Rejected Permanent Ban 1.1 Jackson Clark

Dear Mazhor,

I have had the problem several times on (09/12/2022) that I was kicked out of the game not as usual as a game crash (headache) i got kicked out of my account then between 9:30 to 9:45 i got kicked out out of my account every 5 minutes then the message that came that i got permanently banned because of the general rule 1.1 which i cant explain because i never gave my account data to anyone else or never logged in from a another Computer all i'm asking you to review my case.

I've been playing the game for a long time and why should I break the rule when I've built up a lot and then I would never share an account.

I guess. I'm not the only person this has happened to either.
