He is wearing ems mask when he is not ems and i feel that is faking ems and comes under Genral rule 6.26

first off, this screenshot was taken the same day as the rule was made....

and how is wearing an ems mask breaking rule 6.26?

"6.26 It is forbidden to abuse EMS clothes if you are not EMS employee. | WARN or BAN up to 7 days"

at what point is he abusing it? e.g. wearing it in ghetto....
