2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
-1 When i join this server fast time i join a crime family and we do lots of hostage situation store robbery. and i learn how its work. but after some days most of family member join state org, so i join gang i want to keep active crime rp in city. But i see gangs only focus only 100% turf and cland..
-2 I did a pretty great start I, put my all time in doing gang activities I, showed up to events like clands hostages robbries etc. I, was getting rank up very fast the leader was impressed from me in like 2-3weeks after i joined the gang i was a high command i did my job very great my main job was to recruit people for the gang I, didnt stop bringing good people to the gang then one day i got promotion of 2 ranks and that was 4highest in command the leader didnt stop praising me so i thought to become the leader of bloods
-3 The first gang I, joined was families it was all new for me i didn't even knew te rules I, was sticking to the pepole which were higher in rank from me I, took some time to learn all the rules after when I, was able to recall the rules i started leading the peple which were below in rank from me but after 3-4 days I, that i am fired from the org I, immidieatly went to the hq but no one was the then i contacted an admin (God) they told me that the gang leader has gone and they were looking for a new leader at that time i was not able to become the leader but now I, think that i am ready to be the leader
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
i think that if I had the chance to become bloods leader I would do my very best to make some nice changes.
we will do focuse on ic event so we can interact with State org. like robbing people on highway, store robbery hostage situation
also, we will do ng raid atleast once a day time in a day i have enough people for that. Also we will do other event also like turf sub cland all gang event and if i see someone in my gang breaking gang rules i will give him/her a warning and leave but if the break any RP rule the result will be blacklist for 7days
I will only recruit people as mentioned below
1. Recruit only the people who knows rules.
2. Take them to test to prevent rulebreaks like, metagaming, powergaming, fail-rp etc.
3. Recruit experienced people.
I will make 3 team
1 turf team- i have a good turf team and i we will try to get 100% turf in term
2 spray team- in spray team i recruit a good team for spraying
3 Helper blood - which is the main team to do main events like clands, subs, fz raids turf and spray can also join but familia is the must
