I'm uploading the pov instead of Negi ilya ( 6594 )cuz he is forum banned atm After speaking with Arthur.
after me trying to steal a car like you see in the pov the car disappear after them getting out of the car but the car was still in my phone (if he recall the car then a message will be send t as failed car thief ) as a target that's mean they didn't recall the car that's happened two times with the same guy car at the same time in ghetto and Black market but something suddenly happened (he got help from admin or he is a cheater some kind ) i steal cars since long time and this never happened to me or any of my friends that's why i request respectfully from HC admin to check the situation . i spoke with Arthur Mack and he told me to open forum with his name.
