I arrived on scene after hearing gunshots, I ran up to both players and said Stay where you are, before I could even speak already they are shooting at me... They also mercy killed me.

We had a panel raid behind the casino. then someone was shooting and escaping into the casino. Then you pulled a gun and ran at me, and when I saw you were shooting at me, I shot at you. you can see clearly. I protected myself.
It would have been more accurate if you had said you were a policeman or had demanded. What can I do for you if you come running in combat with a gun?
