2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
a: I am a very a old player and I know every Rules of the server Good Bad as I been to every criminal organization and I am also a Very wanted and Hated Criminal in the city. I just want to lead the players of my gang to became more powerful and more confident from other gangs and improve their Roleplay quality and Not being Cruel to Every Players.
b: I will make sure I take only players who know roleplay and have some skills of being in a gang ,Then my quality of players will become more strong than quantity ,And ill track them always as they go to every events and if someone wont go ,Then he will get kicked directly .
C: I Have a lot of patience in my myself so Ill make sure i can give all my time of improving my gang always and stay at the events and as a leader ill not break any rules
and also make sure not my gang members does it.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
I Want to make sure if i be a leader of the gang ,Ill teach my gang members not to do metagaming,powergaming,rdm,fear rp and nlr very strictly as I want to my gang more powerful and strong by quality and not quantity. I will recruit only that players who have a lot of experience of roleplay as They dont break rules and our reputation wont go down and thats how i want to improve roleplay
