This guy made a forum report on CR against ID:30 and ID:1982. Both the people that he reported got punished for Car Ramming and did their time in demorgan.
He later made another forum report for the same rule break and they got punished again.

Doesn't matter, if you want to make a mass rule break with the intention of getting the family a warning, you need to make it first. you cant make separate reports, get them punished for the rule break and then make another report getting them punished again
