I will try this again.
I am writing this text to write a unban request for my two accounts. Oliver Mercury ID 680 & Zuna Colucci ID 19411.
To explain the whole thing again I will tell you the story why I was permanently banned.
About 4 months ago I had a PC check on the server (4) and I was sure that I would not get banned because I never supported cheating and never cheated. However, I was not aware that presets on my PC were not on which had to be there. To be precise, my 'prefetch' was not displayed (Windows+R and then enter /) as it was explained to me in the PC check, this was a problem why the administrator 'Androsch Fredl' finally banned me. After the PC Check I was told again that I should fix this problem so that it does not come again to such a problem.
After a few days my second account was also called in for a PC check and I told the administrator that he should not bother because I still have not fixed the problem and am still working on it.
So I took my punishment of the 60 day ban on both of my accounts.
During this time I fixed the problem and also had PC checks on other servers (1) which I passed successfully.
I was very sure that there should be no more problems with a PC check on server 4 because I fixed the problem and I should have no other problems.
Now I logged back in and unfortunately after a few days without a PC check on both of my accounts I was permanently banned, the reason for this I found out a few hours later (when two accounts are banned for cheating you get a permanent ban).
I was very horrified that this happened and tried to inquire, but received no information.
Now I am trying again to write a ban request in the hope that this can make a difference.
I would be ready to enter a PC check at any time.
