One parking enforcement officer is towed my vehicle from inside the ghetto without any additional of special forces. This is against rules of state 5.5.
I have just picture of confiscation. If he didn't do that, I request him to provide bodycam that He didn't enter alone. Please take a deep look into picture he towed my vehicle from black market.

The photo clearly shows that your car towed from black market and we are allowed to tow illegally parked cars from black market.
