2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Since I began my state career 10 months ago, I have consistently held the highest positions in most organizations.I shall now make my dream come true.I would like to run this organization as I always feel like fib is my home. To cut a long tale short, I want to enhance role-play and provide players more enjoyment while we do everything with professionalism. I know many of you know me, but for the comrades I will meet for the first time, I would like to talk about my past experiences;
10 Month LEO & State org experience as a;
13th Leader of Los Santos Police Department,
13th Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol,
Deputy Director of Federal Investigation Bureau,
Platoon Sergeant in National Guard,
JEMT in Emergency Medical Services,
U.S. Attorney General in Government,
And currently, I am serving in the city as Deputy Chief of Police.
Principally, I want to be FIB Director this was always my dream.Since nobody wants to see their home burn it down, I am aware that something is wrong in this organization where I have spent my months and had a variety of positive and negative emotions.So I realized that I wanted to fix these issues when I had plenty of time and no obstacles that would interfere with its completion.
Secondly,The only reason fib devised role play was to conduct raids and gather evidence. With raids and undercover missions, I hope to increase the enjoyment and role-playing on the side of crime and state in the city. But FIB is not only against criminals,I want to wage a campaign against corrupt legal professionals. And If it is necessary we will fight against the whole corrupted organization
Lastly,It's crucial to keep in mind that all government agencies are on the same side however because it is poorly controlled in terms of interactions across organizations, there exist groupings between legal organizations because of FIB.I want to change that with planned leader gatherings and internal talks on decency and professional conduct.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Corruption & Favoritism:
As a person who is anti-corruption, I will take rigorous steps in this issue. First off all I'll release Office of Professional Responsibility to oversee departments and ensure they are performing their duties effectively. Only reliable and skilled employees will be employed in this division. Secondly Promotions will only be offered at a ceremony with the related high commands' consent.
Witness Protection Program:
I'm going to give witnesses a new rank, and with that rank, they'll be able to put on makeup to hide their identity, which will make it safer for them to leak information. In addition, we will provide them a regular salary. (This is not included for those who, in accordance with server rules, have a criminal history or have been associated with a criminal structures.)
Office of Public Affairs:
In order to make better use of the public relations office, which has been utilized recently, I will further professionalize it. Press conferences and other methods like Lifeinvader will help us inform and communicate with the general public.
Raids & Evidences:
The primary duties of FIB include raiding and gathering evidence.Last term, the federals did not succeed in doing that.I'll concentrate on this subject because The gangs become more powerful and the city is in a state of lawlessness as the fib drifts away from its primary target.
