hello, I had social club block before, then I made an unban request and it was accepted, but my 2 social club accounts are blocked, the one I use is unbanned, can you open it?

I think it's my 2nd account who got banned because I got a money wipe from my twink account. I logged into my 2nd account once with my main social club. When I first started the game, the id of the account was 56901.
