Upon reviewing the Rules regarding posting a complaint and that my original was rejected due to no audio, i noticed nowhere does it say Audio is required.
I will fix this on further reports if i ever have to make one, it was not intentional. not that it should matter when the audio track is not required to determine if someone is Car ramming or running into Green Zone or not. this is a visual report, not a audible one. If i was complaining about things being said in game, i would understand your point.
Please dont think im being rude, im just measuring my words so nothing gets lost or misinterpreted

So, here is the report again -
Player 17889 repeatedly ramming people and other vehicles then another player 63810 saw us all standing there and rammed us also.
Player 17889 then entered a Greenzone to avoid any RP situation that would of come from his actions.

I gave player 63810 repeated warnings to stop using the vehicle against me (black car) and to exit his vehicle so i could talk with him or i would shoot him. he carried on, i shot him.

the guy in the blue car rammed the hell out of me, others and multiple vehicles. then when chased, ran into a Greenzone. and started Emoting like "haha what you gonna do"
You dont need sound to see whats clearly evident on the screen.

Also for what its worth, the lack of sound was due to a technical issue which i have since fixed. but this video should still stand as sound would not of been of any benefit to the situation or detriment. the actions are clear.

Due to the audio on the recording being corrupted/did not record. i deleted after taking the clip required to make the report.
If you are telling me that you can not conclude that the Blue car was ramming people/other vehicles from a visual clip alone and that he then ran into a Greenzone (indicated in the video, top right) then there is not much else i can say. But i do hope you can see the lunacy in this from a player reporting point of view.
Made a report with the actions clearly visible in the video. get told they need to hear the audio to make a decision on a visual issue.
Im not making any claim against speech in game, just what you can see with your/my eyes.

if this is indeed the case, feel free to close and end this report. it will certainly make me think twice about reporting injustices in the city again.
