Rejected Discord unmute appeal

Hello Mazhor, i hope that you are having a good day, i am writing an discord unmute appeal. I got permanently muted for off topic in screenshots channel. We posted a family photo after winning biz war and i replied to it, thats how i got muted. I dont know why its a permanent mute because its not such a big mistake. I hope that i could get an unmute beacause im still an active player and would love to see some channels like general chat and others. My discord is ammirshotta#1658
