I want to be leader of an specific organization because I was High command and deputy in many gang and etc org I got experience , friends and everything I need to be a leader Its not a big deal for me to manage the gang because I have experience to manage a gang.Ballas is my first org that I joined and ge high command . I also know leader rules very well as I am working for gang from last 7 months.
--As I was High command and deputy in gangs I have experienced many situations with gang members , curator and high commands So I can handle any type of situation easily . And I think If I can get the leader ship of Ballas it will be the most the most active term ever because I know How to events , turf , griffitis and everything there is no chance we are gonna lose any event such as gun store robbery , FZ raid and etc
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- My suggestion to imrove the rp is Make my gang active as I can give regular bonus and rankups also I should not be so much strict I should give them 2 or 3 rd chance to fix there mistake but there is one thing I will not give any chance for it toxicity , disrespect and Bully It ruins the fun of rp and hearts emotion I will try to do events like fz raid , gun store and many other as much as I can I will never let ny gang members get board I will make high commands who can control the gang when Im busy
