2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
when i join this server fast time i join a crime family. i do lots of hostage situation store robbery successfully i learn how to handle every possible situation in crime rp.. after somedays i join gang .but i see in gangs people are not focusing on ic situation. Like store robbery hostage situation. tats why state org job also boring ..becoz there is nothing work for do. If sone side is powerful and other side week then both side are boring. I see no one robing in highways. Leo don't have Fear. Thay know most of gangs inactive in crime rp.. and powerful gang only focus of getting 100% turf..lots of people don't want join gangs .. gangs are boring.. gangs only try hard for get 100% turf.. and cland.so i though if i become leader we can do lots of crime rp. so we can interact with other org.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
with my past experience i will change some point in gang
fast we will make a strong graffiti team Thay know every spray location. people also see Wich gang giving more graffiti profit. And Thay join that gang. last of day everyone want earn money.
with my past experience i see most of gangs disbanded for lack of knowledge about server rules. for this problem solution we will take strict interview.. we take people who know every server rules. So we have less chance for get warning. i wll make a event Pov channel in discord. who want rank up. thay must need to post event pov..and our hc will review that and Thay will get rank up. if anyone spreading toxicity or break any server rules.he will get blacklist from org.. no warning. doesn't matter he is hc or deputy,
also we will go 2 time ng raid per day .if we don't have enough online member we will do with other gangs. and 91gun store robbery 1 24/7 store robbery and other all gang event also
i know some strong and thay will joing gang so we can make our gang more stronger. when leo want go doc highway thay will think 2 time before thay go. if any leo comes highway we take him hostage
